- Manage $2M+ innovation budgets for prototype development and vendor partnerships
- Present future scenarios to stakeholders through data-driven visualizations
- Mentor cross-functional teams in emerging technologies and agile methodologies
- Monitor geopolitical shifts and regulatory impacts on tech adoption
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy with 5+ in future-focused roles
- Expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (quantum, AI, biotech, AR/VR)
- Proven track record of launching commercialized tech innovations
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Business
- Published thought leadership in tech journals or major conferences
- Strong analytical skills with scenario modeling expertise
- Experience scaling teams across international markets
- Certification in Agile/Scrum or technology foresight methodologies
