Responsibilities
- Architect 2026 technology roadmaps aligning with climate resilience and human augmentation trends
- Lead cross-functional R&D teams in prototyping next-gen AI governance frameworks
- Identify and evaluate emerging technologies (quantum, biotech, neuro interfaces) for commercial viability
- Develop patent strategies for breakthrough innovations in sustainable energy systems
- Present strategic briefings to C-suite and board members on tech disruption risks/opportunities
- Partner with academic institutions to establish 2026 innovation incubators
- Drive ethical tech adoption frameworks aligned with UN Sustainable Development Goals
Qualifications
- PhD in Computer Science, Engineering, or Futuristics with 5+ years industry experience
- Proven track record in scaling quantum/AI projects beyond $10M budgets
- Expertise in technology forecasting methodologies (Delphi, horizon scanning)
- Published research in IEEE Nature or equivalent-tier journals
- Certification in Climate Tech Innovation or Sustainable Systems Design
- Proficiency in Python, TensorFlow, and quantum simulation platforms
- Experience securing federal SBIR/STTR grants for emerging technologies
- Demonstrated ability to lead multidisciplinary teams across 3+ time zones
