Responsibilities
- Develop and execute the 2026 technology innovation roadmap aligning with business objectives
- Lead research initiatives on emerging technologies (quantum computing, biotech, AI ethics)
- Partner with product teams to integrate futuristic solutions into core offerings
- Present strategic insights to stakeholders through compelling data-driven narratives
- Manage $2M+ innovation budget with ROI-focused resource allocation
- Foster cross-departmental collaboration between engineering, design, and sustainability teams
- Identify and mitigate ethical implications of disruptive technologies
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy or innovation leadership roles
- Proven track record of launching future-focused products/services
- Deep expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (quantum, AI, biotech)
- Certified Futurist (CF) or equivalent foresight methodology training
- Experience managing cross-continental R&D teams (minimum 15 members)
- Strong financial acumen with budget >$1M responsibility
- Published thought leadership in tech ethics or innovation (Harvard/MIT/Stanford preferred)
- Proficiency in strategic forecasting tools (Horizon scanning, Delphi method)
