- Develop and execute 2026 technology roadmaps aligning with market trends and business objectives
- Lead horizon scanning for emerging technologies (quantum, AGI, biotech) and assess commercial viability
- Collaborate with C-suite to integrate future tech strategies into corporate vision
- Manage $500M+ innovation portfolio with ROI-focused KPIs
- Present strategic frameworks to investors and board members
- Build and lead a global team of futurists and domain experts
Qualifications
- 15+ years in strategic tech roles with 5+ years in future tech forecasting
- Proven track record of launching market-defining products (e.g., AI/quantum initiatives)
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- Expertise in technology adoption lifecycle modeling and disruption analysis
- Published thought leadership in IEEE, Nature, or equivalent tier journals
- Experience securing $100M+ R&D budgets and managing P&L for innovation units
- Deep network ties with MIT Media Lab, Singularity University, or similar institutions
