Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy or R&D leadership
- Deep expertise in quantum computing, AI ethics, or biotech convergence
- Proven track record of launching tech products with 3+ year lifecycle

- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
