Responsibilities
- Develop 3-5 year technology roadmaps aligned with market trends for 2026
- Analyze emerging tech disruptions (quantum, neuromorphic, biotech) for commercial viability
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints with engineering, design, and product teams
- Conduct scenario planning for technological black swan events
- Author thought leadership whitepapers on future tech adoption curves
- Partner with policy teams to shape ethical AI governance frameworks
Qualifications
- 10+ years in tech strategy with 5+ years in emerging tech forecasting
- Expertise in at least two of: quantum computing, AGI safety, or climate tech
- Proven track record of launching future-focused products/services
- Published research or patents in forward-looking tech domains
- Experience with horizon scanning methodologies (e.g., Delphi, STEEPLE)
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Futures Studies
