Responsibilities
- Develop and execute 5-year strategic technology roadmaps aligned with market evolution and business objectives
- Lead cross-functional teams in prototyping and validating emerging technologies (quantum computing, AI ethics, biometric interfaces)
- Analyze global tech trends to identify disruptive opportunities and competitive threats
- Present strategic recommendations to C-suite executives and board stakeholders
- Establish innovation governance frameworks for ethical tech implementation
- Manage $5M+ R&D budgets for futuristic technology incubation projects
- Build and maintain strategic partnerships with Silicon Valley research labs and academic institutions
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic technology planning with 5+ years in leadership roles
- Proven track record of launching disruptive tech products in regulated industries
- Expertise in emerging technologies: quantum computing, generative AI, spatial computing
- Certified in Strategic Planning (SCP) or Technology Management (CTM)
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Business with tech specialization
- Exceptional data modeling and scenario planning capabilities
- Experience presenting to executive boards and securing innovation funding
- Deep understanding of global tech policy and ethical frameworks
