Responsibilities

- Develop 5-year technology roadmaps aligned with market projections and business objectives
- Lead innovation workshops to identify disruptive opportunities and validate future product concepts
- Partner with R&D teams to prototype next-generation solutions targeting 2026+ market needs
- Present strategic recommendations to C-suite executives and board members
- Establish KPIs to measure the success of future-focused initiatives
- Monitor global tech policy and regulatory shifts affecting long-term strategy
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy, product development, or innovation consulting
- Proven track record of anticipating and capitalizing on emerging tech trends
- Expertise in at least two future-tech domains (AI, quantum, AR/VR, biotech, etc.)
- Experience developing strategic roadmaps for 5+ year horizons
- Strong analytical skills with ability to synthesize complex data into actionable insights
- Exceptional communication and presentation skills for executive audiences
- Advanced degree in technology, business, or related field (MBA preferred)
