Responsibilities

- Establish strategic partnerships with NASA, MIT Media Lab, and EU Horizon Europe programs
- Author white papers on ethical AI governance and climate-positive technology
- Design scalable frameworks for human augmentation and digital consciousness interfaces
- Present findings at Davos, TED, and UN Technology Summits
- Mentor PhD candidates in emerging technology policy
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Computing, AI Ethics, or Futurism from Tier 1 institution
- 5+ years leading R&D in emerging tech with Fortune 500 or government lab experience
- Published research in Nature/Science on human-machine symbiosis
- Security clearance for classified defense innovation projects
- Fluency in Mandarin, Arabic, and Python
