Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a comprehensive 2026 technology strategy aligned with business objectives
- Lead research and adoption of frontier technologies (quantum computing, AI ethics, Web3, etc.)
- Drive innovation sprints with engineering teams to prototype future-ready solutions
- Present strategic recommendations to executive stakeholders and board members
- Build and manage partnerships with academic institutions and tech pioneers
- Establish KPIs for technology maturity and ROI of innovation initiatives
- Mentor a team of futurists and technical architects
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic technology roles with 5+ in emerging tech
- Expertise in at least 3 frontier technology domains (quantum, AI, blockchain, etc.)
- Proven experience leading enterprise-level transformation projects
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- Certification in technology strategy or innovation management preferred
- Strong analytical skills with data-driven decision-making capability
- Exceptional communication and executive presentation skills
- Track record of publishing thought leadership in tech publications
