- Build and mentor a high-performing innovation lab team of 15+ specialists
- Monitor global tech policy shifts and regulatory frameworks impacting 2026 landscapes
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic technology planning with 5+ years in futures/foresight methodologies
- Proven track record executing multi-year innovation roadmaps in tech or consulting
- Expertise in emerging technologies: quantum computing, advanced AI, or sustainable tech
- Experience securing $20M+ innovation budgets from executive stakeholders
- Published thought leadership in technology strategy (IEEE, Harvard Business Review)
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Strategic Innovation
