- Develop comprehensive tech strategy roadmaps with 3-year implementation plans
- Lead innovation workshops with C-suite executives to align vision with execution
- Partner with R&D teams to prototype futuristic solutions (AR/VR, autonomous systems)
- Monitor global tech regulations and geopolitical shifts affecting 2026 tech deployment
- Present strategic recommendations to stakeholders with data-backed ROI projections
- Build and manage a network of industry futurists and academic researchers
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Strategic Innovation (PhD preferred)
- 5+ years in tech strategy or R&D leadership with proven future-tech implementation
- Deep expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (quantum, AI, biotech, etc.)
- Certification in Futures Thinking (e.g., CFP, APF) or equivalent strategic foresight training
- Exceptional analytical skills with experience in scenario planning and trend analysis
- Strong presentation skills with experience to executive audiences
- Portfolio showcasing 2+ technology transformation initiatives launched
- Fluency in English and proficiency in data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI)
