Qualifications
- 15+ years in tech strategy with 5+ years in quantum/AI/ML leadership
- PhD or equivalent in Computer Science/Physics with 3+ peer-reviewed publications
- Proven track record of scaling tech initiatives to $100M+ impact
- Expertise in Web3.0 architecture and blockchain consensus mechanisms
- Security clearance (or ability to obtain) for federal research partnerships
