Responsibilities
- Lead strategic technology foresight initiatives for 2026 product roadmap development
- Analyze emerging tech trends (AI, quantum computing, biotech) and assess commercial viability
- Develop and implement innovation frameworks for rapid prototyping and MVP validation
- Collaborate with engineering teams to translate strategic visions into technical specifications
- Present technology roadmaps and investment recommendations to executive stakeholders
- Establish partnerships with research institutions and tech startups for innovation scouting
- Drive sustainable tech integration initiatives to meet ESG targets
Qualifications
- 10+ years in tech strategy, R&D leadership, or emerging technology roles
- Proven track record in developing future technology roadmaps for Fortune 500 companies
- Expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (AI/ML, quantum, AR/VR, biotech)
- Strong analytical skills with ability to quantify market potential and ROI for nascent technologies
- Experience with agile innovation methodologies and rapid prototyping processes
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (PhD preferred)
- Exceptional presentation skills with experience addressing C-suite and board-level audiences
- Published thought leadership in tech innovation or futurism (articles, patents, or books)
