Responsibilities
- Develop and execute technology roadmaps aligned with 2026 market projections and business objectives
- Research and analyze emerging technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech convergence) for strategic adoption
- Lead cross-functional innovation workshops to generate and prioritize future-focused initiatives
- Build partnerships with academic institutions and startups to access cutting-edge R&D
- Present strategic technology recommendations to executive stakeholders and board members
- Monitor global tech policy and regulatory shifts affecting our 2026 strategy
- Drive implementation of pilot programs for breakthrough technologies
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy, R&D, or innovation management
- Proven track record of developing and implementing future-focused tech roadmaps
- Expertise in at least two emerging technology domains (AI/ML, blockchain, quantum computing, etc.)
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or related field
- Exceptional analytical and strategic thinking with data-driven decision-making abilities
- Experience presenting to C-suite executives and board members
- Deep understanding of global tech policy and regulatory landscapes
- Certification in technology foresight or innovation management preferred
