Responsibilities
- Develop 2026+ technology roadmaps for enterprise clients across finance, healthcare, and manufacturing sectors
- Lead R&D initiatives in quantum computing, generative AI, and decentralized systems
- Conduct horizon scanning to identify emerging technologies with disruptive potential
- Design implementation frameworks for complex tech ecosystems with 5+ year vision
- Present strategic recommendations to executive stakeholders and investor groups
- Manage $2M+ innovation budgets with ROI-focused technology portfolio management
- Collaborate with MIT Media Lab and Stanford HAI on forward-thinking research projects
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy or innovation management with Fortune 500 experience
- Deep expertise in at least two of: quantum computing, neuromorphic AI, or Web3 infrastructure
- Proven track record of launching commercialized technologies with $50M+ revenue impact
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (PhD preferred)
- Published research in IEEE Nature or equivalent tier-1 journals
- Certification in Futures Thinking (e.g., from Institute for the Future)
- Experience managing distributed R&D teams across 3+ continents
