- Analyze emerging tech trends (quantum computing, AI ethics, AR/VR integration) to identify disruptive opportunities
- Lead cross-functional teams in prototyping next-gen solutions
- Present strategic visions to C-suite executives and key stakeholders
- Establish KPIs for measuring future technology adoption and ROI
- Forge partnerships with academic institutions and research labs
- Drive innovation workshops to foster creative problem-solving
Qualifications
- 10+ years in tech strategy or innovation leadership
- Proven track record in emerging technology adoption
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Business
- Expertise in at least two future tech domains (quantum, AI, bioinformatics, etc.)
- Experience with agile methodologies and product lifecycle management
- Exceptional communication skills for technical and non-technical audiences
- Certification in strategic foresight or innovation management preferred
