Responsibilities
- Develop 2026 technology roadmaps for quantum computing, AI governance, and climate tech solutions
- Analyze emerging tech trends (Web4, neuromorphic computing, synthetic biology) for market viability
- Lead cross-functional workshops to align R&D priorities with business objectives
- Author strategic briefs for C-suite on tech disruption scenarios and mitigation strategies
- Partner with venture capital teams to identify acquisition targets in emerging tech sectors
- Represent InnovateFuture at global tech summits and industry forecasting forums
- Mentor junior strategists in future-proof methodologies and ethical tech frameworks
Qualifications
- 10+ years in tech strategy, R&D management, or future forecasting roles
- Proven expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (quantum, AI, biotech, climate tech)
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Strategic Innovation
- Published thought leadership on technological disruption (white papers, patents, or keynotes)
- Experience leading cross-continental teams in agile tech development environments
- Deep understanding of ethical tech frameworks and regulatory landscapes
- Certification in Technology Foresight (e.g., WFS certification or equivalent)
- Portfolio demonstrating successful tech commercialization or policy impact
