- Lead research initiatives in quantum computing applications and AI ethics frameworks
- Collaborate with engineering teams to prototype next-gen sustainable tech solutions
- Analyze emerging technologies (neuromorphic chips, biohybrid systems) for commercial viability
- Present strategic recommendations to C-suite and board stakeholders
- Mentor junior innovation specialists through our Future Leaders program
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic technology planning or innovation management
- Proven expertise in quantum computing, AI, or sustainable tech domains
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field

- Experience leading cross-functional teams through product lifecycle
