Qualifications
- 15+ years in strategic technology planning with focus on emerging tech ecosystems
- Proven track record in launching at least two enterprise-scale future-tech initiatives
- Deep expertise in quantum computing, neuromorphic engineering, or synthetic biology
- PhD or equivalent in Computer Science, Engineering, or Future Studies
- Published research in IEEE Nature or peer-reviewed future-tech journals
- Certification in Quantum Machine Learning or Advanced AI Ethics (FAIR.AI)
- Experience with UN Technology Innovation Labs or similar global innovation bodies
- Fluency in Mandarin, Arabic, or Hindi for global tech diplomacy roles
