- Oversee budget allocation for R&D initiatives totaling $15M+ annually
- Drive innovation culture through hackathons, patent development, and thought leadership
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic technology planning with Fortune 500 or unicorn startup experience
- Proven track record in scaling tech teams from 10 to 200+ professionals
- Expertise in emerging technologies: AI/ML, quantum computing, AR/VR, and sustainable tech
- Executive-level presentation skills with 50+ keynote engagements
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Business with focus on innovation
- Published thought leadership in top-tier tech journals (e.g., MIT Tech Review, Wired)
- Fluency in future forecasting methodologies (e.g., Delphi, scenario planning)
- Experience managing $10M+ R&D budgets with 30%+ YoY growth
