Responsibilities
- Develop and execute the 2026 technology innovation strategy aligned with global market trends
- Lead cross-functional teams in prototyping and validating next-gen technologies
- Identify and evaluate emerging tech opportunities (quantum, AI, neurotech, etc.)
- Build strategic partnerships with research institutions and industry pioneers
- Create technology adoption roadmaps with measurable KPIs
- Present visionary concepts to C-suite and investors
- Drive R&D initiatives with 5-10 year horizons
Qualifications
- 15+ years in tech strategy with 5+ years in emerging technologies
- Proven track record of launching breakthrough products
- Expertise in at least three future-tech domains (AI/ML, quantum, AR/VR, biotech)
- Executive-level stakeholder management experience
- Published thought leadership in tech futurism
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- Experience with strategic planning frameworks (e.g., Horizon Scanning, Delphi Method)
