Responsibilities
- Develop comprehensive 2026+ technology roadmaps aligning with market trends and emerging paradigms
- Lead cross-functional teams in prototyping next-gen solutions in AI, biotech, and renewable energy
- Conduct horizon-scanning research to identify disruptive technologies with 3-5 year adoption windows
- Collaborate with C-suite to integrate strategic innovations into corporate vision
- Present findings to stakeholders through compelling data visualizations and scenario planning
- Mentor junior strategists in future-focused methodologies and critical thinking
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic planning, innovation management, or emerging tech research
- Proven track record of launching products/services with 3+ year development cycles
- Expertise in at least two of: AI/ML, quantum computing, climate tech, or neurotech
- Advanced degree in relevant field (MBA, MS, PhD) or equivalent experience
- Published thought leadership in technology forecasting or strategic foresight
- Proficiency in scenario planning tools and data visualization platforms
- Experience scaling global innovation initiatives across diverse teams
