Responsibilities
- Lead cross-functional teams in developing 5-year technology roadmaps for AI, quantum computing, and Web3 ecosystems
- Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify emerging tech trends and opportunities
- Collaborate with C-suite executives to align tech strategy with business objectives
- Present strategic recommendations to investors and board members
- Manage $5M+ annual innovation budgets and vendor partnerships
- Mentor junior strategists and foster a culture of radical innovation
- Author thought leadership pieces for industry publications
Qualifications
- 10+ years in tech strategy, product development, or emerging tech roles
- Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Business; PhD preferred
- Proven track record in AI/ML, quantum computing, or blockchain implementation
- Expertise in scenario planning and futures forecasting methodologies
- Exceptional data analysis skills with proficiency in Python/R
- Strong presentation skills with experience addressing executive audiences
- Published research or patents in emerging technology fields
- Experience scaling tech teams in high-growth environments
