Responsibilities

- Develop and execute multi-year technology roadmaps aligned with business objectives
- Lead cross-functional innovation initiatives and foster a culture of forward-thinking
- Present strategic recommendations to executive stakeholders and board members
- Monitor competitive landscape and disruptor threats
- Build partnerships with tech startups, research institutions, and industry consortiums
- Champion ethical technology adoption and responsible innovation frameworks
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field; MBA or advanced degree preferred
- 8+ years in technology strategy, innovation management, or futurism roles
- Proven track record developing 5+ year tech roadmaps for Fortune 500 companies
- Expertise in emerging technologies and their commercial applications
- Exceptional analytical skills with ability to synthesize complex data
- Strong executive communication and stakeholder management abilities
- Certification in strategic planning or technology forecasting (e.g., Gartner, Forrester)
- Experience with scenario planning and futures methodologies
