- Build and lead a cross-functional team of 8-12 specialists in emerging tech fields
Qualifications
- 15+ years in technology strategy with 5+ years in emerging tech leadership
- Proven track record of commercializing futuristic technologies (quantum/AI/biotech)
- PhD or equivalent in Computer Science, Engineering, or Futures Studies
- Published research in IEEE Nature or similar tier-1 journals
- Expertise in technology ethics frameworks (e.g., IEEE Ethically Aligned Design)
- Deep understanding of global tech policy landscapes (US/EU/Asia)
