Qualifications

- PhD in Computer Science/Engineering or equivalent disruptive impact
- Published research in Nature/Science on scalable quantum systems
- Proven track record of launching $50M+ tech initiatives
- Expertise in ethical AI governance frameworks
- Fluency in Python, TensorFlow, and quantum programming languages
- Speaker at 3+ major global tech summits (2020-2023)
