Responsibilities
- Design and implement 5-year technology roadmaps anticipating paradigm shifts post-2025
- Lead development of quantum-safe cryptographic systems and post-quantum computing protocols
- Architect autonomous system frameworks for AI-human symbiotic workflows
- Establish ethical AI governance frameworks aligned with 2026 regulatory landscapes
- Drive integration of neuromorphic computing and brain-computer interfaces
- Lead cross-disciplinary innovation sprints with MIT and Stanford research partners
- Develop sustainability tech solutions targeting carbon-negative operations by 2030
- Shape industry standards through participation in IEEE and W3C working groups
Qualifications
- PhD or equivalent in Computer Science/Engineering with focus on emerging technologies
- 10+ years experience in technology strategy with Fortune 500 or unicorn startups
- Published research in quantum computing, neuromorphic systems, or AI ethics
- Expertise in blockchain 3.0 and decentralized autonomous organizations (DAOs)
- Proven track record scaling tech teams from concept to global deployment
- Deep understanding of singularity theory and exponential technology curves
- Security clearance (TS/SCI) or ability to obtain
- Fluency in at least one quantum programming language (Q# or Qiskit)
