Responsibilities
- Develop and execute the 2026 technology innovation roadmap aligned with market trends and business objectives
- Lead cross-functional teams in prototyping and validating emerging technologies (quantum computing, neurotech, etc.)
- Conduct competitive analysis and scenario planning for tech disruption across 15+ industries
- Present strategic briefings to executive stakeholders and external investors
- Manage $5M+ annual innovation budget with ROI-focused resource allocation
- Establish partnerships with academic institutions and global research labs
- Mentor junior strategists and foster a culture of experimental innovation
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy or R&D leadership at Fortune 500 scale
- Proven track record in launching breakthrough technologies with measurable market impact
- Expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (e.g., AI, biotech, quantum)
- Advanced degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or Business Strategy
- Published thought leadership in peer-reviewed journals or industry publications
- Experience with scenario planning frameworks and futures methodology
- Strong financial modeling skills for tech investment analysis
