- Manage R&D portfolio allocation for next-gen innovation projects
- Represent company at industry forums and shape thought leadership narratives
- Drive cross-functional collaboration between engineering, product, and commercial teams
Qualifications
- 15+ years in technology strategy with 5+ years in emerging tech forecasting
- Proven track record leading large-scale digital transformation initiatives
- Deep expertise in at least two of: AI ethics, quantum computing applications, or biotech integration
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Business with focus on innovation
- Certified Futurist (CF) or equivalent strategic foresight credential
- Exceptional stakeholder management and executive communication skills
- Published thought leadership in peer-reviewed tech journals or industry publications
