Responsibilities
- Develop and execute 5-year technology strategic plans aligned with market evolution
- Lead research on emerging technologies (quantum, AI, Web3, biotech) for competitive advantage

- Partner with product teams to integrate future tech into commercial offerings
- Present strategic vision to C-suite and investors
- Build and lead a specialized innovation task force
- Monitor global tech trends and regulatory landscapes
Qualifications
- 10+ years in tech strategy, R&D leadership, or innovation management
- Expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (AI/ML, quantum, blockchain, etc.)
- Proven track record of launching future-focused products/services
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- Exceptional analytical and scenario-planning capabilities
- Experience with tech forecasting methodologies (Delphi, horizon scanning)
- Strong stakeholder management and executive communication skills
- Portfolio demonstrating strategic tech implementations
