Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic technology planning with 5+ years in future-tech roles
- Advanced degree in Computer Science/Engineering with specialization in AI or Quantum Computing
- Proven track record of launching category-defining tech products
- Deep expertise in exponential technology forecasting methodologies
- Certification in Futures Studies or Strategic Foresight (preferred)
- Experience with global tech policy development (UN/ITU level)
- Portfolio demonstrating work on human-centric AI systems
- Fluency in Mandarin and/or Arabic (for global stakeholder engagement)
