- Analyze emerging tech trends (quantum computing, synthetic biology, AGI) for commercial viability
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints with R&D teams
- Present strategic recommendations to C-suite executives and venture capital partners
- Build proprietary tech forecasting models using machine learning
- Author thought leadership publications on future tech paradigms
- Manage $2M+ innovation portfolio with measurable ROI
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic tech roles (consulting, R&D, or venture capital)
- Deep expertise in at least two emerging tech domains
- Proven track record of commercializing futuristic technologies
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Futurism
- Exceptional data storytelling and executive presentation skills
- Published work on technology disruption or future forecasting
- Certification in Tech Foresight or Innovation Management preferred
- Experience with scenario planning and horizon scanning methodologies
