- Lead cross-functional initiatives to prototype and scale next-gen solutions
- Establish KPIs and governance frameworks for innovation portfolio management
- Present strategic roadmaps to executive stakeholders and investment committees
- Monitor global tech disruptions and competitive landscapes
- Foster partnerships with academic institutions and research labs
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy, innovation management, or R&D leadership
- Deep expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (AI/ML, quantum, AR/VR, etc.)
- Proven track record of scaling disruptive technologies to market
- Experience with scenario planning and future-state modeling
- Strong financial acumen for ROI analysis of long-term tech investments
- PhD or advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Business preferred
- Published thought leadership on technological transformation
