Responsibilities

- Lead incubation of breakthrough technologies through Proof-of-Concept to MVP stages
- Establish strategic partnerships with leading research institutions and venture capital firms
- Present technology forecasts to stakeholders using predictive modeling and scenario planning
- Mentor cross-functional teams in future-readiness methodologies
- Author thought leadership papers on societal impact of 2026+ technological shifts
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic technology planning or innovation management
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Futures Studies
- Proven track record in launching at least two breakthrough tech products
- Deep expertise in at least three emerging tech domains (AI/ML, quantum, biotech)
- Certification in Futures Forecasting or Technology Impact Assessment preferred
- Experience scaling global innovation teams across multiple continents
- Exceptional presentation skills with TED-level thought leadership presence
- Portfolio demonstrating 2020-2025 technology trend predictions with 85%+ accuracy
