Responsibilities
- Architect 5-year tech roadmaps integrating AI, quantum computing, and biotech innovations
- Lead cross-functional teams to prototype and scale next-gen solutions
- Conduct horizon-scanning research to identify emerging tech disruptors
- Develop patentable frameworks for ethical AI and sustainable tech deployment
- Partner with C-suite executives to align tech strategy with market evolution
- Mentor junior strategists in future-thinking methodologies
- Present findings at global innovation forums and industry summits
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic tech planning with Fortune 500 or scale-up experience
- Expertise in at least two of: quantum computing, neuromorphic AI, or climate tech
- Published thought leadership in IEEE or Nature Technology Reviews
- Proven track record of launching tech products with 7+ year vision cycles
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Futurism
- Proficiency in scenario planning tools and predictive analytics platforms
- Fluency in at least one programming language (Python/Java preferred)
