Responsibilities
- Lead horizon scanning and trend analysis in emerging technologies (quantum, AI, Web3)
- Develop strategic frameworks for tech adoption across enterprise functions
- Partner with C-suite to align innovation initiatives with business goals
- Build and manage ecosystems of startups, academia, and industry partners
- Translate technical concepts into compelling narratives for stakeholders
- Design ethical guidelines for responsible AI deployment
- Drive digital transformation projects targeting 2026 market readiness
Qualifications
- 10+ years in tech strategy, R&D leadership, or innovation management
- Deep expertise in at least two future-tech domains (quantum/AI/blockchain)
- Proven track record of scaling disruptive technologies
- Executive-level communication and stakeholder management skills
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
