Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a 2026 technology roadmap integrating quantum computing, AI ethics, and sustainable tech frameworks
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints to prototype next-gen solutions for emerging markets
- Conduct horizon-scanning research on disruptive technologies and geopolitical tech trends
- Architect scalable tech architectures with zero-carbon footprints and quantum-resistant security
- Present strategic recommendations to the board with ROI projections and risk mitigation plans
- Mentain partnerships with academic institutions and global tech consortia
- Drive implementation of AI governance frameworks and responsible tech policies
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Strategic Innovation with 8+ years experience
- Proven expertise in emerging technologies (quantum computing, neuromorphic AI, sustainable tech)
- Executive-level experience developing and implementing 5-year technology roadmaps
- Certification in Technology Strategy (CTS) or equivalent forward-looking accreditation
- Portfolio demonstrating successful tech transformation in regulated industries
