Responsibilities
- Develop 3-5 year strategic technology roadmaps aligned with global market trends
- Lead research initiatives in quantum computing, AI ethics, and biometric interfaces
- Collaborate with R&D teams to prototype next-gen human-computer interaction systems
- Analyze emerging tech disruptions (neurotech, synthetic biology, AR/VR) for commercial viability
- Present strategic recommendations to executive stakeholders and venture partners
- Mentor junior innovators through our Future Tech Accelerator program
- Drive sustainability initiatives in tech development and deployment
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Future Studies (PhD preferred)
- 7+ years experience in technology strategy or innovation management
- Published research in IEEE/AI journals on emerging technologies
- Proven track record scaling tech initiatives from concept to market
- Expertise in at least two of: quantum computing, AI ethics, neurotech, or sustainable tech
- Strong stakeholder management with Fortune 500 executives
- Certification in Technology Foresight or Strategic Innovation Management
