Responsibilities
- Develop and implement 5-10 year technology roadmaps aligned with 2026 industry projections
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints to prototype next-gen solutions in AI, quantum computing, and biotech integration
- Analyze emerging tech trends (Web4, decentralized networks, neural interfaces) for competitive advantage
- Forge strategic partnerships with research institutions and global tech ecosystems
- Present visionary frameworks to C-suite executives and board stakeholders
- Build and lead a high-performing innovation lab focused on 2026+ technology horizons
- Drive adoption of ethical AI frameworks and sustainable tech practices across product lines
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Technology Strategy, Computer Science, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 10+ years experience in tech strategy with proven success in emerging tech adoption
- Deep expertise in forecasting methodologies and technology adoption curves
- Portfolio of executed strategic initiatives in AI, blockchain, or biotech integration
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to articulate complex concepts to diverse stakeholders
- Certification in Foresight Methodology or Technology Impact Assessment preferred
- Experience leading cross-border innovation teams and managing global tech ecosystems
- Published thought leadership in future tech or innovation strategy (journal articles, books, keynotes)
