Responsibilities
- Architect strategic technology roadmaps for 2026-2030, aligning with market trends and business objectives
- Lead research and development initiatives in quantum computing, AI ethics, and decentralized systems
- Collaborate with C-suite executives to prioritize technology investments and resource allocation
- Drive innovation through hackathons and R&D partnerships with academic institutions
- Develop predictive models for technology adoption and market disruption
- Mentor cross-functional teams on emerging technologies and implementation strategies
- Present strategic insights to investors and stakeholders at quarterly innovation forums
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 8+ years in technology strategy or R&D leadership within tech-forward organizations
- Proven expertise in at least two emerging technologies: quantum computing, AI ethics, or blockchain
- Experience developing long-term technology roadmaps with measurable KPIs
- Strong analytical skills with ability to translate complex technical concepts into business value
- Published thought leadership in technology forecasting or innovation strategy
- Proficiency in strategic planning tools (e.g., Aha!, Lucidchart, Miro)
- Excellent presentation skills with executive communication experience
