Responsibilities
- Forecast and analyze emerging technology trends (2025-2030 horizon) for strategic product integration
- Lead cross-functional teams to develop 5-year innovation roadmaps aligned with market disruption
- Conduct competitive analysis and patent landscape reviews for emerging tech domains
- Collaborate with R&D to prototype futuristic solutions (e.g., quantum applications, neuromorphic AI)
- Present strategic vision to C-suite and external stakeholders via executive briefings
- Drive ethics and sustainability frameworks for next-generation technology deployment
- Manage $2M+ innovation budget for pilot projects and market validation
Qualifications
- 8+ years in strategic planning, product development, or emerging tech consulting
- Proven track record forecasting tech disruption (e.g., blockchain, AR/VR adoption)
- Expertise in at least two future-tech domains: quantum computing, neuromorphic AI, or biotech
- Experience leading cross-functional teams through ambiguous innovation cycles
