- R&D Leadership: Oversee Proof-of-Concept (PoC) initiatives to validate new technologies before full-scale implementation.
- Partnerships: Collaborate with external vendors, startups, and research institutions to foster innovation ecosystems.
- Stakeholder Management: Educate leadership and engineering teams on the potential of future tech and secure buy-in for strategic initiatives.
- Competitive Intelligence: Analyze competitor technology stacks and market shifts to inform strategic pivots.
Qualifications
- Experience: 8+ years of experience in technology strategy, product management, or a senior engineering role with a focus on innovation.
- Technical Acumen: Deep understanding of Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, and cloud infrastructure (AWS/Azure/GCP).
- Strategic Mindset: Proven track record of identifying market trends and translating them into actionable business strategies.
- Communication: Exceptional ability to articulate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or Business Administration (MBA preferred).
- Problem Solving: Strong analytical skills with the ability to navigate ambiguity and drive projects from concept to completion.
