Qualifications
- 10+ years in tech strategy or innovation leadership with proven 5+ year roadmap delivery
- Expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (AI/ML, quantum, AR/VR, or biotech)
- Track record of scaling tech initiatives from concept to enterprise deployment
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Business with tech focus
- Certification in emerging tech (e.g., Quantum Computing, AI Strategy) preferred
