- Mentor junior engineers in future-skills development programs
Qualifications
- MS/MBA in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 8+ years in tech strategy with Fortune 500 or unicorn startups
- Proven track record in launching quantum/AI commercialization projects
- Expertise in ethical AI frameworks and sustainable tech standards
- Published research in IEEE or Nature journals on emerging technologies
- Fluency in Python, TensorFlow, and quantum programming (Qiskit)
