Responsibilities
- Architect long-term technology roadmaps for 2026+ digital transformation initiatives
- Identify and evaluate emerging tech trends (quantum computing, neural interfaces, sustainable AI)
- Collaborate with C-suite executives to align tech strategy with business objectives
- Lead cross-functional teams in prototyping next-gen solutions
- Develop patentable frameworks for ethical AI implementation
- Present strategic insights to investors and industry stakeholders
- Manage R&D budgets and vendor partnerships for cutting-edge tools
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy or innovation leadership roles
- Expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (quantum, AI, AR/VR, biotech)
- Proven track record of launching disruptive tech products
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- Strong understanding of ESG principles in tech development
- Experience with agile methodologies and DevOps cultures
- Exceptional communication skills for technical and non-technical audiences
- Certification in emerging tech strategy (preferred)
