Responsibilities
- Develop comprehensive 5-year technology roadmaps aligning with market trends and business objectives
- Lead cross-functional workshops to identify and prioritize emerging technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech)
- Conduct competitive analysis and market research for next-gen tech adoption strategies
- Partner with product teams to integrate future-ready solutions into core offerings
- Create executive-level presentations communicating tech vision and ROI projections
- Establish KPIs for measuring innovation impact and strategic implementation success
- Maintain ecosystem relationships with startups, research institutions, and industry thought leaders
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy or innovation leadership at Fortune 500 companies
- Proven track record developing and executing future-tech roadmaps
- Deep expertise in AI/ML, IoT, blockchain, and quantum computing applications
- Exceptional analytical skills with ability to synthesize complex technical data
- Certifications in emerging technologies (e.g., Google AI, AWS ML) preferred
- Experience with scenario planning and technology forecasting methodologies
