Responsibilities

- Identify emerging technologies with disruptive potential and assess commercial viability
- Present strategic recommendations to C-suite and board members with data-driven insights
- Manage $5M+ innovation budget across R&D initiatives and pilot programs
- Establish partnerships with leading research institutions and tech incubators
- Drive thought leadership through whitepapers, patents, and industry conference keynotes
Qualifications
- 10+ years in tech strategy or innovation leadership at Fortune 500 or scale-up
- Deep expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (quantum/AI/biotech/blockchain)
- Proven track record of launching technologies with $50M+ market impact
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Business (MBA/MSc preferred)
- Exceptional analytical skills with ability to model complex systems and scenarios
- Experience managing multi-disciplinary teams and cross-functional projects
- Strong network in Silicon Valley and global tech innovation ecosystems
