Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a comprehensive 2026 technology strategy aligned with market trends and business objectives
- Lead cross-functional initiatives in quantum computing, AI ethics, and sustainable tech integration
- Conduct horizon scanning to identify emerging technologies with disruptive potential
- Architect scalable solutions for next-gen infrastructure and data ecosystems
- Present strategic recommendations to executive stakeholders and board members
- Build partnerships with academic institutions and industry pioneers
- Mentor senior engineers on future-proofing technical architectures
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy, R&D leadership, or enterprise architecture
- Proven track record in anticipating market disruptions and developing long-term tech roadmaps
- Expertise in at least two emerging domains: quantum computing, Web3, or neuromorphic systems
- Experience with scenario planning and technology risk assessment frameworks
- Strong business acumen with ability to translate technical vision into ROI
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- Prior experience in scaling technology teams for exponential growth
- Certification in emerging technologies (e.g., AWS Quantum, Google AI Ethics) preferred
