Responsibilities
- Develop strategic roadmaps for emerging technologies including quantum computing, AI ethics frameworks, and decentralized systems
- Lead cross-functional teams in prototyping next-gen digital solutions with 5+ year implementation horizons
- Conduct horizon scanning to identify disruptive technologies with transformative potential
- Collaborate with C-suite executives to align tech innovation with long-term business objectives
- Establish governance frameworks for responsible AI and ethical tech deployment
- Present strategic recommendations to board members and industry thought leaders

Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy with proven experience in emerging tech ecosystems
- Expertise in at least two of: quantum computing, blockchain, AGI development, or neurotechnology
- Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (PhD preferred)
